หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Procure manpower/plan to be sufficient for the production process
- Teach employees to have expertise in the work they must perform.
- Control employees to perform according to specified standards.
- Analyze/solve various problems that occur in the production line such as people, machines, work pieces and how it works and find ways to solve and prevent the recurrence of that problem
- Improve the production process (Kaizen) to improve quality, production costs, and production efficiency. or increased safety
- Plan care and maintenance of machines / Prepare adequate spare parts. and always efficient- Communicate with relevant departments to solve production problems, such as repairing MT department machinery, solving problems in PE department production, preparing parts for PC department production, etc
- Control and monitor the production process to be consistent with ISO/IATF16949
- Plan and set a budget each year
- Strictly follow the requirements of the ISO 9001 / ISO/IATF16949 and ISO 14001 quality systems of the company.
- Review documents related to various work processes to keep them current or update documents every time there are changes.

- Bachelor's degree from Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or related field
-Have experience in Production field 3 Years.
-Have Skill in Laser fiber cutting or machining be advantage
-Understand ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001
-Good command of computer
-Basic English communication skill (reading, writing, speaking)
-Proven leadership skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-High sense of responsibility
-Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills
