General Team
- Implement & Handel PE Hoshin Kanri [KPI]
- Maintenance Field : Check KPI & Make
standard for enhance maintenance with Affiliate and Japan
- PMR Plus : Follow up and Support Affiliate
Heat Treatment Team
- Share & Correct the countermeasures content
for Other Affiliate heat problem
- Check Annual service and confirm their process by TOYOTA audit sheet
- Meeting with Mother company for Heat
Treatment annual meeting in ASEAN
Production Preparation Team
New project for steering ,Bearing , Driveline to make standard methods of preparation and educate
