หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Respond to customer requests (including submission of materials, including PPAPs)
-Respond to customer audits and complaints
-Make report about complaints for improvement in English
-Obtain necessary approvals from customers for internal process changes, special hiring,
-Following ISO and IATF, make necessary documents and correspond with audit
-Instruction to QC/QA supervisor about their job as a manager

-35 to 45 years old
-Male / Female
-Bachelor degree or Diploma in any field
-At least 7 years experiences in QC/QA department
-At least 2 years experiences as Supervisor up
-Has knowledge about IATF16949
-Able to daily conversation in English
(Advantage)
-Able to communicate in Japanese (reading and writing not required)
