หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Improve measurement methods to be more accurate and reduce time for inspecting work pieces
- Co-check method for measuring work pieces with Supplier/Customer together with QA
- Prepare and improve the CF jig to increase efficiency in inspecting work pieces.
- Prepare a measurement system analysis plan (MSA Plan).
- Prepare measurement system analysis (MSA)
- Summary of weekly work tracking results
- Verify CF jig, Part Master according to the Verify plan.
- Support measurement of Full Layout/Special Request work
- Participate in supporting IATF 16949 Audit
- Participate in supporting ISO 14001 Audit
- Participate in 6S activities
- Perform risk/opportunity analysis of the process (turtle chart) correctly and completely.
