Strategic Planner Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles & Responsibilities To work across OPPO’s leading product series in Thailand. Requires the candidate to work closely with HUB product marketing team to then translate HQ direction and further guide local markets. The role requires coordination with HQ market and prior marketing experience in the FMCG or smartphone industry. Strategic - Analysis brand positioning and consumer insights - Shape and communicate our vision and mission - Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies - Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives - Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action” - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions - Devise innovative growth strategies - Build complete marketing plans for product launches, by working closely with media, digital and PR team. Operational - Overseeing the production of creative assets and execution plan - Supervising the individual markets on their execution plan - Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research - Co-ordinating the launch programme to external customers as well as employees Ideal candidate skill set - Around 8 / 10 years of marketing experience in the FMCG or smartphone industry - Majors in Marketing or communication, degree. - Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts - Have good analytical skills - Be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research - Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing - Be enthusiastic about their product area.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Over 5 years of work experience - Has experience in working in strategic/planning team in agency (include but not limited in Planner, Senior Planner, Planning Director etc.) - Has experience of digging out consumer insight, challenges in marketing communication and communication strategy. - Better have experience of working in 4A agency (include but not limited in Ogilvy, TBWA, BBDO, JWT, McCann, Y&R, Detsu, DDB, GREY, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, FCB etc.) -Fluent communication in English
