หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide first-level technical support for end users (hardware, software, network issues).
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and software updates.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
• Document technical issues and resolutions clearly.
• Support IT projects and system upgrades as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
