Lead and direct cross-functional teams in program execution.
Ensure projects are effectively qualified and smoothly transitioned into production.
Monitor and track project progress to meet schedules and cost objectives.
Drive new project development with strategic insights.
Enhance organizational strategies and planning.
Implement new product transfer methodologies effectively within the company.
Manage product launch processes to meet all targeted indicators.
Oversee integrated project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure successful product launches.
Ensure new project ramp-up plans are effectively communicated and executed.
Collect and analyze data to improve the accuracy of BOMs.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and timelines for New Product Introduction (NPI).
Manage and coordinate new programs or Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to deliver NPI on time.
Collaborate with subcontractors, tool makers, purchasing, and production teams for NPI preparation.
Utilize and monitor Gantt charts to ensure project timelines meet customer requirements.
Lead and track NPI builds, mold trial issues, and systematically resolve them.
Prepare, review, and consolidate PPAP/First Article Reports for customer approval.

Proven experience in project or program management.
Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating across teams and with subcontractors.
Analytical skills to monitor project costs and schedules effectively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and project stakeholders.
Adept at problem-solving and issue resolution.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with product launch processes and methodologies.
Fluent communication in Thai, English or Chinese would be an advantage and strong in drawing 2D, 3D.
