Rider Recruiter (Mass recruit)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• – Perform duties related to rider recruitment through online and offline channels – Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process according to the company’s requirements in order to achieve the assigned target – Facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. – Manage employment contract creation and filing – Responsible for rider salary operation – Manage and design resignation process – Coordinate with hubs team, rider community team, and logistics team to ensure standard of rider hiring – Conduct competitor's hiring benchmark practice and communicate with related internal departments – Collaborate with related third parties (government departments, universities, vocational schools etc) if necessary to create sourcing initiatives and to attract prospect riders – Identify recruitment improvement opportunities – Other tasks as assigned Accountability: – Headcount fulfillment – Rider onboarding – Rider salary operation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• – Advanced degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field – Over 3 years of experience in recruitment – 1+years of experience in mass recruitment experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bonus points for start-up experience – Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels – Meticulous attention to detail, enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humour!
