หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and Vendor Central accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns to increase visibility, sales, and brand awareness.
- Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and keywords to improve search ranking results and conversion.
- Develop and implement on-site merchandising strategies to maximize profitability.
- Manage and optimize Amazon, Walmart, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Implement fulfillment forecasting to maintain optimized inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Leverage data and insights to monitor and optimize product placement & pricing strategies.
- Report on key performance indicators, strategic summary, and analytics on transactional, business, and Amazon, Walmart, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify account data on an ongoing basis.
- Utilize data and analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
Desired Qualifications:

- At least 4–7 year experience in the Amazon Seller, Vendor Central, Shopee and/or Lazada online account management, maintaining high level of seller performance for good accounts health.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce strategies.
- Proficiency in Amazon related tools such as JungleScout, Sellerboard and/or Helium 10.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global partner.
