ABOUT US Providing customers across the globe the best night sleep! Sleepwell Industries was founded in 1998 as a professional manufacturer of pocket spring, latex, form and memory foam mattresses. Our OEM program is designed to work with customers to and recommend, design and customize the products for their needs. Our facility is the only roll packed and ‘mattress in a box’ producer in Thailand. We have a fully automatic roll packing machine to fully compress the mattress and finish in a roll-packed format which saves significant space and improves transport efficiency, resulting in reduced transportation and storage costs, nearly half in some instances. Under our group we own the labels - Dreammaster Bedding, SleepHappy, KingKoil Thailand, iDreamPillo, Parker&Morgan, SweetSleep, and many more!

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1.ให้ข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วนแก่ลูกค้าผ่านหลายช่องทาง เช่น โทรศัพท์ อีเมลส์ แชทบอท โซเชียลมีเดีย และ Line Official
2.สื่อสารข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ โปรโมชั่น และนโยบายของบริษัทให้ลูกค้าทราบอย่างชัดเจนและมีประสิทธิภาพ
3.บริหารจัดการการบริการลูกค้าและการขายผลิตภัณฑ์อีคอมเมิร์ซผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ
4.เสนอทางเลือกให้กับลูกค้าและเปลี่ยนข้อมูลที่ได้รับเป็นโอกาสในการขาย
5.ระบุและส่งเสริมโอกาสในการเพิ่มรายได้ผ่านการขายเพิ่ม
6.จัดการและสนับสนุนปัญหาของลูกค้าเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าปัญหาจะได้รับการแก้ไขและเป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของลูกค้า
7.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่ต้องการการตอบกลับหรือดำเนินการเพิ่มเติม

●Provide all required information to customers throughout any channels
(Phone, Email, Chatbot, Social Media, etc.)
● Responsible for all the customer service and selling products of e-commerce
business through online channels such as Phone, Email, Chatbot, Social
Media, Line Official, etc.
● Communicate product information, promotions, and company policies
clearly and effectively to customers.
● Handle and support customer issues/ problems to ensure that the problem
will be solved and recognized as per aspect and contribute to customer
satisfaction.
● Cooperate with all related parties in case that further is required to be
responded to/ proceed from related parties.
● Responsible for CS response rate to reach the platform‘s target.
● Offer alternatives to customers and potentially turn information calls into
sales leads.
● Deal with daily customer service problems and be responsible for pre-sale
and after-sale customer service.
● Identify and promote areas with potential for revenue generation to upsell.
● Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate
information in all areas.
● Enhance service experience in SleepCity by exercising professionalism and
empathy when dealing with each customer’s varying needs and demands.
● Liaise with other departments and Operations on quick and efficient.
resolution of customer issues and queries.
● Summarize customer service problems.
● Support live-streaming.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

●Familiarity with Facebook/IG/TikTok and other platforms' customer service
tools, to do a good job in presale and after-sale service.
● Good at finding and summarizing problems, recording daily customer
service problems, and forming shareable Q&A.
● Have a sense of ownership, can learn quickly and have the ability to
communicate within the team, able to independently solve customer
problems
● Experience, directly in Mattress/Bedding and Furniture is an advantage.
