หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Improve restaurants staff via SOP development and make sure all branches are in good working order.
• Implement strategic and operational plans, managing execution and measuring results.
• Oversee all outlet operations, assign responsibilities to staff, and evaluate their performance regularly.
• Monitoring staff operation to ensure compliance with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standard.
• Implement marketing and sales activities to branch operation.
• Monitoring and prepare report of profit & loss. Analyze the cause of losses and feedback to management & marketing team.
• Control managing cost-to-sales ratios (COG and COL).
• Manage all aspect of manpower including staff hiring, budget, and training.
• Ensure staff understand and follow security procedures, daily hygiene practices, and work practices in both service areas and the kitchen.
• Enforce and support training programs for all staff under supervision as per company policy.

• Bachelor degree in any related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in restaurant industry in management level.
• Strong planning and budgetary skills.
• Good knowledge of policies, procedures and hygiene standards, their development and applications.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
