Develop, update, and build up business plans to meet the target revenue
Launch, refresh, and update product information
Conduct product knowledge sessions through training and eLearning
Develop and maintain partner relationship management
Deliver product and solutions to the market
Develop and implement an ideal motivation program for sales team
Develop product strategy to reach revenue target and achieve goals

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Management, IT, or Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or pre-sales engineer
Ability and knowledge regarding IOT, Network, or Workplace Management Solution
Proven record of product management experience is a must
Result-oriented & Communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Experience in coordinating with vendors or distributors (English speaking) is an advantage
