หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Lead the project management to manage the project or the new product development timeline to ensure that planning and launching are on time.
  • Lead the development team in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Research and analyze insight by identifying needs and new technologies.
  • Analysis of product portfolio, suggest new product development/improvement, and discontinued products.
  • Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Manage a team to identify new products and set up and drive product roadmap.
  • Coach and support the development of team members.
  • Overseeing the product development team in any field.
  • Work closely with the management team to establish the project or product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

  • 7+ years experience in management / team lead in software development company
  • Proficient in Java and dotNet is a must, other relevant languages is a plus
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL or Oracle Database and SDLC Model Process.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible, diligent, patient, and creative thinker.
  • Have a positive attitude and able to work well under pressure.
