เจ้าหน้าที่ประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน:

ในฐานะเจ้าหน้าที่ประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน คุณจะต้องทำการสำรวจและจัดทำรายงานการประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สินเพื่อเป็นหลักประกัน คุณจะต้องเดินทางและทำงานในจังหวัดต่างๆ โดยหมุนเวียนงานในพื้นที่ต่างๆ บทบาทของคุณประกอบด้วยการรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจโดยรวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับราคาทรัพย์สิน การเสื่อมราคา และการเปรียบเทียบราคา
นอกจากนี้ คุณจะต้องเข้าร่วมในโครงการหรือกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามที่แผนกกำหนดและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลตามการตัดสินใจของคณะกรรมการประเมิน

- ทำการสำรวจและจัดทำรายงานการประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สินเพื่อเป็นหลักประกัน
- เดินทางและทำงานในจังหวัดต่างๆ โดยหมุนเวียนงานในพื้นที่ต่างๆ
- เข้าร่วมในโครงการหรือกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามที่แผนกกำหนด
- รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน
- ประสานงานข้อมูลการประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สินกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับราคาทรัพย์สิน การเสื่อมราคา และการเปรียบเทียบราคา
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและดำเนินการตามการตัดสินใจของคณะกรรมการประเมิน

สิ่งที่เรามองหา:
- ปริญญาตรีในทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ในการประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สินมากกว่า 3 ปี
- มีความชำนาญในวิธีการประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สินตามรายได้ การเปรียบเทียบตลาด และต้นทุน
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และการเขียนรายงานที่แข็งแกร่ง
ความพร้อมในการเดินทางและปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน
- มีทักษะระหว่างบุคคลที่ดีและความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม

Property Appraiser:

As a Property Appraiser, you will conduct surveys and prepare appraisal reports for collateral. You will travel and work in different provinces, rotating tasks across various areas. Your role involves collecting information on the overall economy, analyzing property appraisal data, and coordinating with relevant agencies on property prices, depreciation, and price comparison.

You will also participate in projects or activities as assigned by the department and prepare information according to the appraisal committee's decisions.

At Brickpaths You Will:

- Conduct surveys and prepare appraisal reports for collateral.
- Travel and work in different provinces, rotating tasks in various areas.
- Participate in projects or activities as assigned by the department.
- Collect information on the overall economy and analyze property appraisal data.
- Coordinate property appraisal data with relevant agencies on property prices, depreciation, and price comparison.
- Prepare information and act according to the appraisal committee's decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Over 3 years of experience in property valuation
- Proficiency in income approach, market comparison approach and cost approach.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different work environments.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
