As a Real Estate Marketing Support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and supporting the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing property listings, coordinating with the sales team, and contributing to our marketing strategies.

At Brickpaths You Will:

Manage Listing Stock: Oversee and maintain the listing inventory of the sales team members assigned to you.
Post Property Listings: Upload property listings on real estate websites and various social media platforms as specified by the company.
Create Advertisement Content: Develop creative and compelling advertisements for property listings.
Sheet Management: Create, manage, and update spreadsheets as assigned to ensure accurate and organized data.
Data Recording: Accurately enter information into designated sheets as required.
Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and support.
Marketing Research: Research and stay updated on new marketing trends, proposing innovative ideas to enhance our marketing strategies.
Additional Support Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the sales team, marketing activities, and back-end operations.
