หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage the Sales Support / Proposal / Tender team to ensure high performance and efficiency
• Analyze client requirements and support the sales team in developing technical solutions (e.g., heavy lifting, heavy transport, installation)
• Oversee the preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement teams to define project scope, costing, and feasibility
• Develop and validate cost estimates, pricing strategies, and margin analysis
• Conduct risk assessments related to project execution and commercial terms
• Support client presentations and participate in technical and commercial meetings
• Develop and standardize proposal templates, pricing models, and workflows
• Monitor sales pipeline and report progress and key metrics to management
• Build team capability through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing
• Ensure all proposals and solutions comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related fields)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales Support, Proposal Engineering, Project Engineering, or Business Development within heavy transport, heavy lifting, or related industries
• Strong understanding of heavy transport, lifting operations, installation, or project logistics is highly preferred
• Experience in cost estimation, pricing, and risk assessment
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
