หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement export sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
• Manage sales performance, monitor export figures, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Record, analyze, and report sales data for each customer to support market and export analysis.
• Coordinate preparation of product samples and export documentation for overseas customers.
• Support customers with packaging design solutions and compliance with export standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, QA/QC, documentation) to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Perform other export sales and related tasks as assigned.
