หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and execute all marketing, communication, and branding activities.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Drive measurable impact on revenue and brand growth.
• Define and execute marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
• Develop and oversee content creation across social media platforms.
• Maintain strong brand positioning and storytelling.
• Manage PR, influencers, and media collaborations.
• Optimize delivery platforms (Grab, Lineman/Wongnai).
• Manage CRM systems and customer database growth.
• Organize events, partnerships, and brand activations.
• Oversee website management and SEO optimization.
• Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor data.
• Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, analyze campaign and event metrics, and report on performance to leadership.
