หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
• Works with project team member to understand and assist with tracking all work, task, and project assignments.
• Work with Project Management Specialist and Project Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.
• Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned.
• Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.
• Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
• Schedule project follow up meetings as needed.
• Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders.
• Develops and review project status and reports.
• Work and cooperate with Regional/Global team in managing the project implementation activity.
• Ensures different components of a project remain interlinked together ensures a seamless flow of activities.
• Ensures that the working interrelationships are effective for timely project completion and ensures team geared toward timely and efficient project execution.
• Manages project proceeds under a certain budget constraint together control and regulate the use of resources.
• Identifies shortcomings and employ work experience to devise potential solutions during project execution.
• Identifies the elements that could affect the completion time of activities and submits a request for more workforce from the hiring manager as good as prepares for any imminent problem.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, solution or software development, service delivery.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools, such as MS Project, MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Team-oriented spirit but willing to take responsibility.
• High level of organizational skills and capable of prioritizing between tasks.
• Complete projects on time by working efficiently and ensuring that the team is focused on executing projects in a timely and efficient.
• Manage the project by utilizing the pool resources.
• Strong leadership skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
• Skilled at assessing risks and solving immediate problems effectively.
• Track the progress of the project and communicate with team member and customers about progress, issues, and follow up on any resolutions.
• Very Good Communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Have a car and driver’s license.
