หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop contract planning and sourcing strategy for procurement.
• • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive improvement initiatives in spending.
• • Conduct the commercial evaluation based on TCO analysis.
• • Manage negotiations including commercial aspect and terms & conditions.
• • Ensure all agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
• • Monitor market trends and movement in responsible scope and assess their potential impact on sourcing strategies.
• • Identify supplier capabilities and candidates that can best enable achievement of operational goals.
• • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• • Evaluate supplier performance, assessing compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
• • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.
• • Communicate risks and issues effectively to key stakeholders, escalating significant issues as necessary.
• • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the procurement strategy is aligned with Business’s objectives.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• • At least bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and sourcing processes, legal contract negotiations, and contract management systems.
• • Familiarity with IT categories such as Application, IT hardware (servers, networking equipment), software (enterprise applications, SaaS, Point of Sales), cloud services, digital tools and technologies.
• • Background in fuel retail automation is a plus.
• • Experience in managing IT supplier performance and compliance is a plus.
• • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• • Experience in developing/applying the total cost ownership (TCO), should cost modeling and other category management techniques in sourcing.
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• • Good team player and strong drive for performance and results.
• • Good communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and preferred experience with P2P SAP.
• • Ability to travel and work in Rayong office sometimes
