หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Production System Management: Take charge of managing production systems and methods, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Process Improvement: Work on refining production steps to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
• Department Supervision: Supervise all production departments, ensuring they follow precise work instructions.
• Work Instructions Creation: Develop clear and easy-to-understand work instructions for production teams.
• Research and Development: Oversee R&D activities focused on upgrading production capabilities and exploring new techniques & machinery.
• Production Monitoring: Continuously monitor production to resolve issues promptly and minimize defects in the production line.
• Personnel Supervision and Evaluation: Supervise production personnel, evaluating their performance to ensure high-quality output and foster professional growth.
• Production Forecast Management: Review the production forecast and manage manpower to ensure efficiency within the company’s resources and time frame.
• Production Timeline: Ensure daily operations within all relevant departments run smoothly and in line with the set timeline.
• Department Coordination: Coordinate and communicate closely with sales & marketing departments to align on product delivery.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably within the jewelry industry
• Proven ability to manage and improve production processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
