หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and service requests related to heavy machinery, services, and spare parts
• CRM Utilization: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to record and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and histories
• Customer Satisfaction: Focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, exceeding expectations, and proactively addressing customer needs
• Work Relations with Clients: Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and preferences. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including equipment breakdowns, delays, and service requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Client Feedback: Gather and compile client feedback, suggestions, and complaints to relay valuable insights for product and service improvements
• Public Relations Events: Plan and coordinate public relations events, press conferences, and media interviews as part of the broader communication strategy
• Marcom Activities: Oversee marketing communication (Marcom) activities, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across various marketing channels
• Company Image: Manage and enhance the company's image and reputation by implementing proactive public relations efforts and crisis management plans when necessary
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with all stakeholders, including customers, partners, government entities, and the media, to strengthen relationships

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor / Master degree in marketing, communications, public relation or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the heavy machinery sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
