B2C Online Sales Officer / Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Manage Assigned Online B2C Platforms
• 2.Track sales performance and devise ongoing and seasonal selling campaigns.
• 3.Present results to manager for approval, feedback, or modifications.
• 4.Maintain regular communication with Account Managers to ensure accounts are in good standing and up-to-date with promotions and metrics.
• 5.Oversee customer relations and provide support to optimize store ratings and feedback.
• 6.Craft product descriptions.
• 7.Market research for optimal product selection and presentation.
• 8.Develop price simulations for selected products
• 9.Present results to manager for approval or modifications.
• 10.Initiate production/restock orders and dispatch inventory to designated selling channels.
• 11.Conduct market research reports based on brand and customer segmentation.
• 12.Explore new sales and potential channels.
• 13.Formulate digital strategies to elevate brand awareness and profitability.
• 14.Create brand resource materials, including competitive advantages, positioning attributes, and consumer behavior insights.
• 15.Present proposed schedules and action plans to manager for validation and feedback.
• 16.Implement selected plan across various channels and media.
• 17.Track and analyze results, then compile comprehensive report for presentation.
• 18.Create weekly and monthly summary reports of platform performance, including KPIs and accomplishments.
• 19.Propose solutions for cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree
• - Work Experiences 2-3 Years up
• - Can be used fluently Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
• - Some basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
• - Can Work under pressure / meet deadline
• - Have analytical skills and have curiosity to spot online trends and consumer behaviors
• - Think outside the box and likes the digital online world
• - Understand marketing & jewelry business and have passion to present and understand beautiful jewelry
• - Experience with managing e-commerce websites or shops on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
