• - Conduct thorough research on the B2B jewelry market, identifying trends, competitors, and potential partners.
• - Analyze the needs and preferences of B2B customers in the jewelry industry.
• - Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• - Identify and prioritize target business segments, creating and maintaining a marketing schedule/calendar.
• - Work closely with product development teams to understand unique features and benefits for B2B clients. Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging.
• - Create and execute lead generation strategies using digital and content marketing channels.
• - Utilize various channels to attract potential B2B clients.
• - Develop and distribute tailored content for B2B audiences (whitepapers, case studies, industry reports).
• - Establish the firm as an industry thought leader through content creation.
• - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and partners.
• - Attend industry events to network and identify business opportunities.
• - Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral supporting B2B sales efforts.
• - Provide training and resources on effective B2B marketing strategies.
• - Implement digital marketing strategies targeting B2B clients (email campaigns, social media, online advertising).
• - Optimize online presence and user experience for B2B customers.
• - Monitor and analyze B2B marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
• - Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators to leadership.
• - Develop and manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• - Measure ROI for various B2B marketing initiatives, collaborate with other departments to streamline processes related to B2B customer interactions.
• - Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams for B2B marketing alignment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
• - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• - Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, including the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• - Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and partners.
• - Budget Management: Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns.
