หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• A dynamic Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the consumer marketing team. In this multifaceted role, this position will be responsible for coordinating various events while also providing essential support for documentation and team operations. Event Lead: - Plan and execute marketing events, with a special emphasis on branch opening events and financial events - Ensure events run smoothly by overseeing setup, managing schedules, sales and troubleshooting any issues Branch Media and Document Support: - Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations - Organize and manage digital and physical marketing assets, ensuring easy access for the team - Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency Team Support: - Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate effective communication and project management - Provide general support to ensure the team's operational efficiency Regulatory Compliance  - Track and control risk of marketing communication and activities

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher in marketing, mass communication or other relevant 1-3 years working experience in marketing communication, event or related fields Event & Activation planning and implementation Ability to organize, prioritize and finish all jobs within the timeline Leverages regulatory, political and business contacts to shape/influence the business and regulatory environment in key markets/industries Ability to work under work pressure and heavy work load Ability to handle multiple tasks independently Strong communication skill. Good command in written and spoken English  Remark: The Bank requires the verification of criminal records prior consideration for employment to ensure secured and maintain standards of the organization.
