หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Maintains security by following procedures
-Manage the transmission of document both inside and outside office
-Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
-Manage meeting room schedule
-Arranging company messenger, van service and all postal work
-Manage various equipment Used in the office to meet the needs
-Coordinate with supplier when the equipment in the office is damaged or need fixed
