หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Deliver and conduct product and CRM System training session, workshops, role-playing exercise, and simulations to reinforce learning and skill development. 2. Create training materials, including presentations, manual, handouts, and exercise to support learning objectives. 3.Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for telesales teams, both in-person and virtually. 4.Design comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different sales teams and skill levels. 5.Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to improve sales techniques, product knowledge and performance. 6.Educate telesales representatives on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies. 7.Provide ongoing support and mentoring to telesales representatives to ensure continuous improvement. 8.Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and best practices to keep training content current and relevant. Share best practices and real-world examples to illustrate key concepts and inspire success. 9.Collaborate with telesales supervisors/managers to assess training needs and objectives. 10.Utilize technology to design and deliver interactive and engaging training content. 11.Maintain detailed records of training activities and progress reports.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Bachelor’s degree in any related field •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telesales trainer, preferably within the insurance industry. •Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on sales techniques and product knowledge •Strong knowledge of insurance products and services. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. •Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team •Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms. •Strong organizational and time management skills. •Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles. •Skills Sales Training,Product Knowledge, Communication, Coaching, Adaptability, Technological Proficiency, Skills, Organization, Motivation
