หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze service costs for housekeeping and security personnel across projects to identify opportunities for cost control or reduction
• Prepare and manage standard cost (Standard Cost) and compare it with actual cost (Actual Cost) on a project basis
• Monitor, analyze, and report monthly service costs, including labor, transportation, equipment, and other indirect costs
• Prepare profit and loss (P&L) analysis reports by project, client, or area to support management decision-making
• Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, HR, and Legal departments to gather accurate cost-related data
• Track actual expenses against budgets, and flag any unusual or over-budget expenditures
• Contribute to the improvement of cost control processes to enhance efficiency and transparency
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is a strong advantage

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in cost analysis or cost accounting, preferably in the service or manpower outsourcing industry
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and project-based costing, including fixed and variable cost analysis
• Experience in labor service businesses (e.g., housekeeping, security, facility services) is highly desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially with tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to present financial data clearly to management
• Able to work cross-functionally and under pressure
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), is a plus
