หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Providing technical support and problem resolution to the business user.
- Assure collaboration and open data transfer between different teams and system.
- Improve process and aware key concerning points to project team.
- Communication to local team on any planned/unplanned outage.
- Provide IT support for e-commerce Project and maintain business data.
- Support FA2A Project and maintain data master, export/import, data quality.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Office Hours: Mon.-Fri. at 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Have knowledge of ERP will be advantage
- Have experience about ecommerce / marketplace.
- Have experience in retail, FMCG would be advantage.
