หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Collaborate closely with marketing & retail business departments to monitor the expense annual budgets usage;  Understand different nature of expense in the marketing & retail departments and driving efficiencies /cost savings with business team for further implementation;  Conduct the compliance approval for Marketing and Retail expenses, includes project application, contract application, PO acceptance and Payment application.  Perform the specialized analysis and regular selective examination for Marketing and Retail expenses.  Optimize sales expense related processes and guidance to ensure the internal & external compliance of operation;  AR and reconciliation management, Researching and resolving account discrepancies  Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management team.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. This position is currently outsourced, for good performance, will sign back as permanent employee 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance management / Accounting. 3. Work experience of finance 3-4 years, work experience of retail industry is preferred, 4. Experience in account management administration, sales support/consultancy roles, operational support or similar fields will be well regarded 5. Sound knowledge and experience in end to end AR functions will be highly regarded 6. Proficient in English languages, Chinese will be a plus 7. Good skills on Excel, PPT application 8. Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical and patient to solve problem 9. Work with patience and carefulness 10. Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
