หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Deputy plant manager is responsible to associate plant manager to manage all of activities in factory such as the bitumen operation, transportation, quality control, plant maintenance and vehicle maintenance, and maintain an ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO18000, ISO/IEC 17025, CSR, QCC activities and labor relations.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or other related field;

Over 5 years work experience in supervisory level or 3 years in managerial level from manufacturing firm;

Able to communicate with foreign supervisors in English (TOEIC score 700+);

Some experience in quality development tools and problem solving (e.g.: TQM, TQC, QCC, 6 Sigma, Zero defect);

Strong leadership skill, communication skill, and excellent ability to motivate others.

Able to work in specific locations above and can rotate to other site every 3 years. (Surat Thani, Phrapradeang, Phitsanulok, Nakorn Rachasima, Rayong)
