• After-Sale Service Management: Oversee and enhance the after-sales service process to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Spare Parts Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase spare parts sales while maintaining an optimized inventory system.
• Piping and Machine Installation Design and Planning: Design, plan, and coordinate piping systems and machine installations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Marketing Support and Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies that drive sales growth and strengthen after-sales service performance.
