หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•Responsible for initiating and developing employee engagement relating activities especially in term of internal communication channels
•Be able to plan , create , initiate , organize activities enhancing employee engagement
•Support projects and assignment relating to the Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) and Sustainability Development ( SD ) to be served for the company’s strategy and the Stock Exchange of Thailand ( SET ) requirement
•Have practical experiences in conducting and analysing the quarterly/yearly survey especially Employee Opinion Survey ( EOS )
•Provide proper advice or solution to employee and relevant stakeholders
•Possess Employee Relations relevant certificate is preferable

•Good skill in applying and utilizing social media i.e. Facebook , Line , Instagram for internal communication development
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel , PowerPoint )
•Good command of Thai and English
