เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยาน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Implement Technical Quality’s Audit plan and perform the audit scheduled to meet the target plan for both internal audit and external audit.
• Planning, Coordinating, monitoring, performing, and following up the quality audits of each division/line station/subcontractor/codeshare/contracted organization.
• Coordinate with The CAAT Inspector and concerned division for the C of A renewal, new aircraft delivery, aircraft redelivery.
• Prepare and assist in revising the documentation and performing administration work within the Technical Quality division.
• Review, prepare and approval Repair Interval Extension, capability list, mod and repair before submitted to the CAAT.
• Responsible for monitoring records, stamps, data, and training of authorized personnel of Bangkok Airways’ Technical Department, and monitoring the line and heavy Maintenance Contracted organization and subcontractor’s authorized personnel.
• Monitor approval certificate of Bangkok Airways’ Technical department and line and heavy Maintenance Contracted organization and subcontractor.
• Prepare and revise GMM, MOE including related documents, and submit the official letter to The CAAT and/or applicable authority for approval.
• Prepare and revise Technical Quality’s SOP and all relevant documents.
• Keep updated with and study relevant laws and regulations i.e. The CAAT, IOSA, etc.
• Coordinate with the concerned Divisions in the Technical Department to review the amendment of the Technical Department’s procedures and standard practices (GMM, MOE including the associated procedure(s)) to comply with the current revision of The CAAT regulations plus any other applicable regulatory requirement and guidance material.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in any related field.
• Excellent English and must have an effective TOEIC score of at least 650.
• Possessing a driving license.
• Able to travel within the country or abroad.
• Ability to work under pressure.
