Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with accountability. Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in valve maintenance offshore or onshore. Minimum ten (10) years in oil and gas, refinery, or petrochemical maintenance fields is beneficial. Experience and knowledge of valve components and spare parts for well-known valve manufacturers. Good knowledge and experience of SSHE requirements in a working environment. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with solid reporting abilities. Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with work-related applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic operational setting. Commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Strong communication and collaboration skills Positive attitude, service-minded, willing to contribute to team and eager to learn and work under pressure are preferable.

To provide service under supervision of loader foreman/assistant. He works in daily shift rotation and/or office-hour basis. He responsible for offloading of crude. He coordinates with tanker vehicle drivers for traffic control and to success loading purposes. He performs storage tank operation related to tank switching, water draining, sampling to laboratory. He looks after housekeeping and cleanliness of his areas. He assists in non critical/dangerous work for his line supervisory staff.

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on instrumentation and electrical (I&E) equipment, including transmitters, analyzers, motors, MCCs, switchgears, and control systems. Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, PLCs, DCS systems, and SCADA to ensure plant uptime. Inspect and calibrate flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, control valves, and analyzers. Maintain high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, including transformers, breakers, and distribution panels. Conduct loop checks and functional testing for new installations and repaired equipment. Operations Support : Assist in the startup, shutdown, and normal operation of plant processes by ensuring all I&E equipment functions properly. Monitor and optimize equipment performance to improve reliability and efficiency. Support process engineers and operations personnel by providing technical expertise in instrumentation and electrical systems. Maintain hazardous area electrical equipment in compliance with safety standards (e.g., ATEX, IECEx, NEC). Compliance & Safety : Follow industry safety standards such as PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), HAZOP, and SIL (Safety Integrity Level) procedures. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, NFPA 70E). Perform routine inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure workplace safety. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, calibrations, and equipment status using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Support/Join plant commissioning & start-up Develop Procedure, SOP and Work instruction. Operate & control processes to ensure safety, quality, and continuous production. Operate & monitor equipment and keep in good condition. Record machine condition values, collect samples, and continuously improve machine conditions. Shift report for plant and equipment condition. Perform basic maintenance such as a cleaning filter, isolation work for maintenance and maintenance preparation, touch up painting and etc. Perform simple equipment corrective maintenance tasks or coordinate with vendor to troubleshoot equipment back to operation. Perform first line maintenance or simple preventive maintenance tasks such as motor greasing, filter replacement etc. to ensure equipment reliability and integrity Handover job and provide sufficiency information for back-to-back when shift change Prepare/review work orders, permits, and job safety analysis and site check & control Process and equipment isolation for Corrective and preventive work (if required) Ensure compliance with safety (SSHE), health, environment, and regulatory standards. Report daily operations and ensure smooth shift handovers. Act as ERT during emergencies. Other request by company.

Support for the Operational readiness of the new plant (including walkdowns & punch listing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, preparing SOPs & routine schedules etc.) Develop/Review/Update & maintain Procedure, SOPs and WI. Lead shift operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous production. Handover job and provide sufficiency information for back-to-back when shift change. To manage the activities of the shift to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the plant. Manage troubleshooting & problem solving cases in the process Maintain plant equipment in good condition. Ensure compliance with safety (SSHE), health, environment, and regulatory standards and manage PTW and document support following PTW procedures. Coordinate with relevant parties for Plant Optimization, Maintenance with well execution and report summarization. Coordinate and support E&I project / modification to review project and modification documents, i.e. modification work package, commissioning / OTP and handover certificate, etc Perform basic maintenance such as a cleaning filter, isolation work for maintenance and maintenance preparation, touch up painting and etc. Review and Approve work orders, permits, and job safety analyses. Manage manpower allocation and cross-train team members. Report daily operations and ensure smooth shift handovers to Plant Manager Weekly & Monthly report of Plant performance. Act as Site Incident Controller during emergencies. Evaluate staff performance and address disciplinary issues Perform other tasks as assigned.
