Support the team with general administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns and influencer databases.

Support the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns targeting gaming audiences across social media, digital platforms, and community channels. Coordinate with internal teams to track campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets, flagging issues proactively and keeping projects on schedule. Assist in producing and managing creative assets — including promotional graphics, video content, influencer briefs, and in-game event collateral. Help develop and adapt campaign concepts based on gaming trends, player behaviour, and platform-specific best practices. Monitor gaming industry trends, competitor top-up platforms, and community sentiment to surface relevant insights for campaigns. Support the consistency of Richmanshop's brand identity and tone of voice across all creative output and player-facing communications.
