Responsible

• Develop Sales and Operation planning and be responsible for this process
• Develop/Responsible for Demand planning process.
• Responsible for Inventory management both in Warehouse and Stores
• Responsible for Replenishment planning from warehouse to Stores
• Collaborating closely with the store's team to predict the forecast and develop an effective fulfilment process.
• Collaborate with supply/procurement team on ordering process to ensure OTIF at stores
• Engage with internal stakeholders and ensure communication and performances are visible across organisations by measurable tracking.
• Engage in new product launching to ensure seamless transition and implementation to stores
• Responsible for teammates as per defined and grow the team in demand functions.
• Develop tracking and reporting for management on performance on a regular basis.

More qualification

• 5 years experience in demand planning and supply planning is a plus
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experiences in fashion industry is a plus
• Tracking success in communication to internal and external stakeholders (Sales and marketing or vendors)
• Handful with excel or google sheet
• Good in communication and like to negotiate
• Be organised at work and keep recording activities
• Continuous improvement mindset and like challenges
