Responsible

• Landscape Design: Develop and implement creative and functional designs for the farm’s landscape, ensuring alignment with the farm’s sustainable ethos.
• Garden Management: Oversee the cultivation and maintenance of crops, herbs, flowers, and other plants to ensure their health and productivity.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of local farmers and gardeners, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Sustainability Practices: Implement eco-friendly practices such as composting, water conservation, and soil health management to promote environmental sustainability.
• Project Oversight: Plan and execute landscaping projects within budget and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the farm’s management team to align landscaping efforts with broader organizational goals.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in landscape design and/or gardening with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects (preferred).
• Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and eco-friendly landscaping techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
