Responsible

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
• Manage and train staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Control operational costs and drive profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Enforce brand policies and maintain store appearance
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

• Age 25 and above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English is a plus
• Proficiency in using POS systems, basic Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Experience in online sales or digital marketing is a plus
