Salary (Baht) : 25,000 - 40,000

Holiday : Saturday, Sunday

Working hours : 08:00 - 17:00

Responsible

  • Administer full spectrum of procurement activities including compiling and maintaining all documentation for purchase requisition, quotation/tendering and purchase order, such as E&M equipment, vehicles, machinery and sorting equipment, packaging materials and administrative services
  • Communicate and business negotiation, sourcing, procurement strategy, market trend analysis and contract negotiation
  • Negotiate with suppliers and responsible for benchmarking exercise
  • Maintain efficient inventory level to meet business needs
  • Monitor, measure and review supplier performance and maintain good relationship with vendors
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies
  • Support manager to handle contracts and variation quotations related arrangement
  • Assist the team to deal with other matters when necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline such as Logistics/Supply Chain/Management with minimum 3 years of procurement related experience and skilled in tender
  • Excellent negotiation and procurement skills
  • Experienced in import or export using BOI privileges
  • Skilled in MS office such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • English language skills, both spoken and written, are at a good level
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills, hard-working and with a strong sense of responsibility
