Responsible

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the inquiries and shipments. - Address customer questions and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage the logistics of airfreight and oceanfreight shipments, including booking, tracking, and documentation. Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, proactively communicating with customers about any delays or changes. Utilize critical thinking to find effective solutions for customer needs.
  • Prepare and handle all hands-on documentation from end to end, to ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to airfreight and oceanfreight shipments.
  • Work closely with the teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Assist in the development of operational improvements to enhance service delivery.

More qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ocean and air freight forwarding operation. Lastest working experience is freight forwarder.
  • Strong master of freight forwarding operations, documentation handling, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in freight forwarding software (specifically Cargowise) and Microsoft Office Suite.
