Responsible

• To align HR policies, strategies, and objectives with the overall organizational strategy, and to ensure seamless integration between departments. This includes developing effective operational plans, conducting risk management planning, and efficiently managing departmental resources (both budgetary and personnel).
• Furthermore, to effectively communicate the group's strategies, policies, operational frameworks, and objectives to all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Responsible for performance management, capability development, career planning, and motivating subordinates through both monetary and non-monetary incentives. This involves providing guidance, advice, and mentorship.
• To develop and maintain both internal and external networks to optimize operational efficiency and achieve departmental and group objectives.
• Conduct research on HR development trends relevant to the position and implement improvements to the department's overall systems and processes.
• Provide consultation, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to management.

• Has knowledge of HR systems and software.
