Ningbo Union Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd was founded in 2002 by CEO Wang Zhanyou as a Class-A, Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC, Certificate No.: NV00775). In addition, Mr. Wang is Vice President of Ningbo Port-Of-Entry Association. Union Ocean's office capacity consists of 1,500 m2 (16,000 ft2) and staffs approx. 106 experienced and professionally trained employees. Our core competences consist of:

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Control and monitor trucking costs.
  • Track delivery plans and schedules.
  • Record OT / overnight charges, and coordinate with the customer service team.
  • Check monthly invoices from trucking suppliers.
  • Source and recommend qualified new trucking suppliers.
  • Handle trucking accidents and visit the scene if necessary.
  • Visit customer warehouses to investigate issues when required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transportation management within a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Experience with union contracts and government transportation regulations.
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with transport and warehouse management systems such as Freight Path and Info Plus.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership abilities.
  • Good conflict resolution skills.
  • Can communication in Thai - English and/or Chinese preferred.
