หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Researching required information using accessible resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
- Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database.

Bachelor degree graduated related to Service business or related fields. *Fresh graduate welcome *
Experienced in Customer Service, Call Center or Customer Complaint would be advantage.
Good service-minded, Positive thinking.
Good command of written/ spoken English. (Government TOEIC 400 up, Airline TOEIC 550 up, Consumer Retail TOEIC 550 up, ICT TOEIC 400 up.)
Computer literate in MS Office.
Location / Working day - Time: Place: Pakin Building (Rama 9) Working day: 5 days per week
