หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Implement and administer system software, including operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), Active Directory, and other infrastructure services.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (or collaborate with security professionals) to identify and remediate system weaknesses.
• Monitor system activity for suspicious behavior and investigate potential security incidents.
• Provide technical support to internal users and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively identify potential problems, and take corrective actions to prevent outages.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection procedures.
• Collaborate with other Global IT teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
• Supporting project implementation for IT Team.
• Support data to IT Auditing ISO27001 and IT Compliance team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in System Admin or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and security concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Experience with Windows server, AD, DHCP, DNS and manage complex GPO.
• Experience with O365 Exchange online management.
• Experience with IT Audit ISO27001.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and penetration testing methodologies (a plus).
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
